The website captures interest, but customers need an account, recurring workflow or on-the-go experience after the first visit.
05 / WEB APPS, E-COMMERCE & CONNECTED PRODUCTS
ONE PRODUCT.
EVERY SCREEN.
NGL designs and develops customer portals, SaaS workflows, e-commerce systems and connected web applications around the transaction or recurring job that matters most. When mobile access creates additional value, the same product system can extend into native iOS and Android applications.
Talk through the opportunity ↗︎[ WHEN THIS SERVICE MATTERS ]
THE BUSINESS ISN’T BROKEN.
THE SYSTEM IS LEAKING.
Separate web, iOS and Android vendors are creating inconsistent features, duplicated decisions and fragile integrations.
A large application is being estimated before the smallest valuable workflow, retention loop and business model have been proven.
[ BUILT AROUND OUTCOMES ]
WHAT
CHANGES.
A focused first release
The first version solves one recurring customer job well enough to test adoption and retention.
One connected backend
The website, iOS app and Android app share approved data, accounts, permissions and business rules.
A measurable product
Acquisition, activation, feature use, conversion and retention events reveal what deserves investment.
[ THE BUILD ]
ONE SCOPE.
NO LOOSE ENDS.
Product strategy and MVP scope
Users, recurring jobs, commercial model, risks, success metrics and the smallest coherent feature set.
Web and mobile experience system
Responsive web flows plus platform-appropriate iOS and Android navigation, states, content and interaction.
Shared product architecture
Accounts, data model, API, integrations, permissions, notifications and a maintainable production approach.
Native or cross-platform development
Swift and SwiftUI for Apple platforms, Kotlin and Compose for Android, or a justified shared-code approach.
Store launch and product iteration
Analytics, accessibility, testing, App Store and Google Play preparation, feedback loops and a prioritized roadmap.
[ HOW WE WORK ]
Define
We reduce the idea to a valuable, testable web-and-mobile workflow.
Prototype
Real interaction exposes missing states before production development.
Build
The website, backend and mobile product are delivered in usable releases.
Learn
Adoption, retention and business outcomes determine what earns the next investment.
[ STRAIGHT ANSWERS ]
BEFORE
WE START.
Can you build both the website and mobile application?+
Yes. We can plan the public website, account experience, shared backend and iOS or Android applications as one connected product instead of separate projects.
Do you build native iPhone and Android apps?+
Yes. Native iOS work can use Swift and SwiftUI, while native Android work can use Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. We choose native or cross-platform delivery from the product requirements—not from a fixed technology preference.
Should we launch on iOS and Android at the same time?+
Not automatically. Audience, device mix, feature requirements, acquisition plan and operational capacity determine whether one platform, a responsive web app or a simultaneous release is the responsible first move.
Do you work with existing e-commerce platforms?+
Yes. We can improve storefront UX, landing pages, merchandising, tracking and integrations without replacing a useful platform.
Can you start with a prototype?+
Yes. A working prototype is often the fastest way to align the workflow and reduce risk before production development.
Who owns the final product?+
Ownership and handoff are defined in the project agreement. Our normal goal is to leave the client with a maintainable product and clear documentation.
