Every month. Website, app and backend monitoring, backups, compatibility updates, release support and a monthly care summary. Up to 3 hours of small changes; unused time does not roll over.

US$17,200 for the build and 12 months of care after launch, before applicable taxes and separately approved services. Care is monthly, with no annual commitment.

One standard request-and-status workflow, up to six app screens, two user roles. Store accounts and fees belong to you; submission is included and approval is decided by Apple and Google.

One named contact. Monthly care starts after your agreed launch. You own the paid-for work and your data.

Prices exclude applicable taxes. Domain registrations, store accounts, paid software and usage-based services are separate and agreed before payment. Advertising and new features are quoted separately.

When do payments start?

The build is paid separately before production begins. Monthly care starts after the agreed launch. We confirm the scope, any applicable tax and external costs before you pay.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Yes. Cancel before the next renewal and care continues until the end of your paid period. You keep your paid-for project and data. We provide the standard handover and agree a migration date so you can arrange hosting and support elsewhere.

What counts as a small change?

Edits to existing text, images, fields or screens within your monthly allowance. New pages, integrations and features are priced separately. Fixes to defects in the agreed build are handled separately from your change allowance.

Is the app a custom product?

The app package covers one defined customer request workflow: sign in, send a request with photos, follow its status and receive notifications. iOS, Android and a staff dashboard share the same data. A marketplace or a different complex workflow needs its own written scope and price.

Do you work in my country?

We work remotely with businesses in New Zealand, Australia, the United States and Canada. Choose your market above for local currency pricing. Your project lead agrees meeting times with you; support is delivered remotely, not from a claimed local office.
